Special Interests

If your child has a strong interest or unusual capacity in one subject, topic or skill, you may want to find a school that emphasizes this interest. For example, some children display strong interests relative to other children in science, music, art or athletics. A child who has a particularly strong interest in a topic may feel thwarted in a school that does not focus on that subject.
